  We went to eat here on a Saturday evening and after walking through a very quiet section found the back of the restaurant nice and busy. It was only about 9.30pm so not late but the moment we sat they hung around until we chose our drinks and then hassled us a bit to choose our food, we felt they were in a rush to get us served. The food was okay but needed seasoning but the Nan bread was lovely.
  The service was rushed and a little glum and before we had finished they were clearing the restaurant and making it obvious they wanted us to go, nothing more off-putting than dirty tablecloths being flicked around! So we drank up and left, probably not to return. A real shame as it's a nice looking place and I like the more romantic seating (not that we went for romance as I was with my close friend!) but the experience last night has put me off, we have three Indian restaurants in Romsey so losing one to bad experience still gives us two good ones to chose from.
  Of course it could have been a bad night for reasons we didn't know about but I wish they had just said they were closing early and we would have moved to another venue.
